COMPLIANCETMATE HELP5. File MenuOnce your master files are set up you are ready to go! The files cover everything from vehicle detail to employee details and all the information in between. All operators are encouraged to book training to get the best out of your new system. Even if you are an existing client and use the Transmate system training will make your job easier. Although there is a lot of files to setup and a lot of data that may not be relevant o compliance, the systems are set assuming integration with the rest of the Transmate suite so a lot of what is in the master file entries may not be relevant. However, it is good business practice to use the system to record all relevant information regardless of whether is a requirement for compliance or not. Summary of options:
