Medical records
From the Maintenance menu select “medical records” from menu to record any examinations or restrictions.
Simply right mouse click in the white area to Add, Edit or Delete records.
Once you have made you selection to “Add” a record the following screen will appear. Fill in the fields, including any restrictions and select “Save” the record will be saved to the master file of “Employees” and “Sub Contractors”.
