Customer Fuel Surcharge Allocation

The customer fuel surcharge allocation option is a utility to easily allocate fuel surcharge to customers. You have the ability to globally allocate fuel surcharge percentage to all customers in the customer master file or you are able to filter by an individual customer or by customer types.

After selecting the filtering criteria required, enter the fuel percentage to be added to the customer master file, enter a general ledger code and department code. When all information has been entered, select the option to ‘add information’. This will alter the customer master files for all customers selected with the new information.
