The end of year option will close off the current year and roll over into the next fiscal year. An end of year can not be done if there are still transactions for that fiscal year waiting to be updated to general ledger. Each company must be done individually. You can choose to print yearly dissection and yearly summary reports if you wish. The end of year option must only be done at the close off time for the year and only done once. |
