EQUIPMENT

This screen is used to add relevant information about the equipment, and also service schedules if they are applicable. To edit any information simply select edit and then save.

To allocate faults against equipment, right-mouse click on the white grid area and then select ‘add’. Once this information is entered, you can allocate it to a repair order via the Fault Allocation area in Compliancemate and you can also print the details from the fault reporting section in Compliancemate.

By setting up expiry types and the allocating those types against a container can create expiries specific to a type of equipment. You will then be able to run expiry reports.

Any testing that is required for a particular piece of equipment can be entered via this screen. Reports can then be generated as required.

This screen allows for notes specific to a type of equipment as an extra field to store information not available in other screens. Notes can then be printed as required.

This screen enables all relevant information regarding areas such as registration, insurance and finance as required.
