PLAN CODES

Plan Codes are a fast and efficient way to create more complex Fatigue Trip Plans for situations when your driver/contractor needs to stop to load and unload though out the course of a single Trip. Combine multiple Route Codes into a single Plan Code and let ComplianceMate recalculate your trip information for you!

There are is only one key element that affects your ability to quickly create accurate and reliable Plan Codes and that is a series of Route Codes.

In order to create a Plan Code simply go to the File menu and chose the Plan Codes option First enter a Plan Code Name and Description then save it. From here you can right click on the Routes Grid on the left of screen to add/delete pre-existing Route Codes.  The same Route Code can be added to a Plan Code multiple times but the same ROute Code CANNOT be added consecutively in the Route Code Grid. 

NOTE: All the Distance, Ave. Klms @Hr, Load/Unload Times and Break Times have been calculated for you from the existing Route Code information. Also, any Trip Notes you may have added to your Route Codes are transferred into your Plan Code under the heading of the respective Route Code. 

From here you can add/edit/delete your Plan Code details simply by using the Time Line button on the top right of the Arrivals,Breaks, Load/Unload times Grid to the right of screen (see Time Line How To Guide)

You can also add/edit/delete by right clicking on the Arrivals, Breaks, Load/Unload times Grid.

NOTE: that all the arrivals and departures are highlighted in blue and are denoted by a 'D' for Departures and an 'A' for Arrivals.
