Loads can be linked to many areas such as pre trips, manifests etc. or just fill in the required fields to add a new load. When adding trailers simply right click mouse in trailer section select add and save. If weighbridge has been used to verify the load weight this information can also be recorded. Maximum load weights are set up in the master file sections for trucks and trailers depending on what road class they are operating under e.g. HML, CML etc.

If a weight exceeding legal axle allowance is entered the above message will be displayed and if the operator entering the data over rides the warning non conformance is generated automatically and will appear on quarterly compliance statement. (Example above shows axle 1 has been entered at 6.800 and maximum load is only 6.000).
